Our Car Service program is great for occasional pickups that are scheduled one at a time, or even in a small series — dance class, coverage for work meetings, even dentist appointments.

Form your carpools! We can divide the cost among up to three. [Cool new tech to share your route with friends, coming in January].

FAMILY Subscription FEE — $39/month

CHARGE PER PICKUP: $35+$0.75/MILE, which can be DIVIDED by participants

(We’ll hire drivers in your area once you onboard with us. until then, MILEAGE FOR AREAS OUTSIDE CENTER CITY WILL START/END @3401 MARKET ST)


Step #1: Enroll with your family subscription

With your monthly ShuttleBee service fee of $39/month, your immediate family can book a ShuttleBee driver for your child’s solo or small-group pickup until 8PM the night before. Switch to an annual payment plan for a 25% discount!

Your service fee goes towards on-boarding new drivers in your area, allowing them to become acquainted with pickup/drop off procedures at your child’s schools and organizations.

Once we’ve reviewed your registration forms, you can book with our vetted drivers (for the additional cost of service) at your convenience. Bookings are subject to availability, as we will start to on-board drivers based on your needs.


Step #2: Sign our contract

Step #3: Complete your Registration

We’re looking to gather the information we need to hire drivers, plan your routes and reach you in the event of an emergency.

The more info you can provide about your expected stops, the better! And don’t worry, you can add more along the way — but please note that it might take us 2-4 business days to process pickup plans from new schools and organizations.

Step #4: Book your child’s trip

Once you’ve completed steps 1-3, we’ll send you a link to book your child’s trips. We generally accept bookings up to 8PM the night prior, and will confirm availability as soon as possible. Please note that in our newer service areas outside Center City, we may need to ramp-up our pool of qualified drivers — which we’ll do quickly, once customers on-board.
